Had my first weigh in tonight and I lost 13lb - I am thrilled!!! I also lost 3.5 inches off of my waist. Cambridge Diet I love you.

loss before - 11lb, CD - 9lb, 4lb, 6lb, 3lb, 3lb, 1lb, 5lb, 1lb, 3lb
