I lost 11 1/2 then 5 then 5 and in week 4 I lost 2. I was a bit gutted but lost 43/4 this week. It's prob just our bodies settling down to the diet. Losses then seem to go up in the next weeks. Have a look at the tickers and compare. You are doing really well. Stick with it x

I was 17 st 6 3/4 and I am not 15 st 6 1/4 in 5 weeks. I out 10 st as my target but would be happy with being a size 12. I am on SS and found it relatively easy.
810 - 1500 kcal : Lentil Granola!!

What I did was boil up the lentils for about 5 minutes until they just about start to soften. I put a couple of canderel tablets in the water as well. Once 5 minutes have passed I drained the excess water off and spread the remaining lentils on a baking tray lined with tin foil. I also sprinkled a packet of truvia over them, just to sweeten it a little more. I then baked them until they dried out and became crunchy.

It sounds incredibly weird but honestly hit the spot for my muesli craving!

Anyway, just thought I would share in case anyone else fancied giving it a go. Next time I might boil the lentils for a bit longer and sprinkle on some cinnamon as well for a bit of added flavour!
